Description
Test with 7u6 b20, the dot displays \x2022 in File In Use dialog for zh_CN, ko and ja. It display correctly in zh_TW. Please refer to the screen shot.

The issue should have been taken care of as part of 7u40 l10n resource file translation update.

The issue should have been fixed in 7u40 b33 as part of l10n message drop10. Please verify it as part of JDK-8019541.
