uninstall all java
install 7u6 (I used B11 from the public beta)
doubleclick on a jar file

//exp: app launches
//act: dos window appears/disappears quickly, no app launch or error reported

EVALUATION This is a duplicate. The bug has not been forward ported from 7u5->7u6 yet. Abhijit said he was handling this on June 12th.
