Description
Regression test closed/java/awt/Frame/RemoveNotifyTest/RemoveNotifyTest.html restart gui on mac os x.

It's looks like relogin.

EVALUATION Just verified that fix for CR7174718 eliminates this resource leak too.

EVALUATION In my case it does not restarts GUI but due to the fact that it does not dispose texture objects it very quickly renders system unresponsive.
