A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I can not install any jdk-7.exe. You can double click on the exe, start as admin or start it via console. Nothing happens. No error or message or window pops up. Run Windows on secure mode, dishabe all security an uac doesn't change anythins. No variations work. Jdk 6 can be installed withoud any problems.

REGRESSION.  Last worked in version 6u31

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Download and jdk7 exe for windows. Try to start the installation.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
After double click or start via console nothing happens.
ACTUAL -
You see nothing eben in the event logs.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

EVALUATION This seems to be the same issue as 7145760. Suggest the user to try 7u6 or the workaround provided in the 7145760. Also would like to get the machine to reproduce the issue if possible. Thanks.
