Description
A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
In the Locale class docs it refers that it uses the ISO-3166 to define the 2 letter Country Code.
But SS is not known to java.util.Locale while it is part of ISO-3166

JUSTIFICATION :
Please add South Sudan like described in the ISO-3166 standard

EVALUATION This CR is duplicate of 7085757 Currency Data: ISO 4217 Amendment 152. 7085757 is fixed in Java 8, but not 7 update.
