EVALUATION - updated utils_md.cpp to be in line with unix/mac implementation Use of C++ make code cleaner and shorter - Fixed build failures in tests caused by Dmitry's fix (new methods and method signatures). - Fixed several other test failures due to - class rename & reflection - not using matching datasets for resource test - leaving thread local reference to the applet context behind - indirectly using cache (and it depends on services being initialized or secure random fails... - we need to make it more robust in the future) - Moved one cookie related test to windows tests
