1. Ja locale
% jar -help

2. de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, pt_BR, sv and zh_TW locale
% jar xvf [jar file]

Agree for deferral, since it is just a translation bug and do not affect functionality. Added 7u40-SQE-OK label for deferral.

EVALUATION Just re-tested. Problem 2 is still there. Please file a bug in BugDB to ask WPTG to fix problem 2. Retarget to 7u8 instead.
