Description
Make the error messages that appear when JNLP or nonJNLP apps fail because of a blacklisted JAR more consistent, and improve the layout of the error dialog template. See image attached for current and desired look.

I've created new bug for FX error dialogs - JDK-8139501.

The current/approved patch introduces UI changes for other error dialogs too (not only for blacklist error dialog) so I'm changing synopsis of this issue to "Unify error message between JNLP and non JNLP apps"
