A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Java 7.0 was running. I received a message that version 7.01 (update 1) was available and so Installed it. 1. Current version of Java is 7.0
1. Install 7.01 (after clicking on "Install" on the Java updater window).
2. Open IE 8 after 7.01 installation is complete.
3. See Vista's User Account Control message: "User Account Control A program requests your permission to continue. If you started this program continue: svaagent.exe Oracle America, Inc."
