Description
JRE 7u2 b11 64 bit offline installer
win7 x64, win2008 x64

The image on in progress dialog (3 Billion Devices Run Java) is not localized in all the 10 localized locales. Attached is the screenshot in pt_BR, but it also  happens on all the other locales.

This problem is 64 bit specific; it does not happen on x86 installer. On 32 bit JRE installation, the image is localized. So I set the CR to category install not localization.
Comments
This is a duplicate of JDK-8037813. Fix for JDK-8037813 should make sure that the images are localized for both 32 and 64 bit installers.
