Description
FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
java version "1.7.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtimie Environment (build 1.7.0-b147)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-bit Server VM (build 21.0-b17, mixed mode)

ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
Microsoft WIndows [Version 6.1.7601]

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We are deploying JRE 1.7 and there is a problem when both JRE 1.6 update 27 and JRE 1.7.0 are installed on the same machine. Whenever user launches IE 8 the program ssvagent.exe asks for administrative rights. It happens for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of JRE and IE. On XP there are no problems. And on Windows 7 there are no problems with Mozilla based browsers.

And this only happens when both JRE 1.6 and 1.7 are installed on the same machine. If only one is installed then there is no problem. So it seems the problem is with the Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Install both JRE 1.6 u27 and JRE 1.7.0.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
That the ssvagent.exe doesn't ask for administrative rights.
ACTUAL -
Every user is asked for administravite rights for the ssvagent.exe.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Uninstall JRE 1.6.0 from the machine before installing JRE 1.7.0

Comments
EVALUATION Based on the description, this seems to be the same as 7092378 (UAC dialog for ssvagent pops up unexpectedly) which was fixed in 7u2 b08.
