Description
As specified in the JDK8 PRD, we need to add several Java items in the windows start menu:

1. JDK8 installer should add a "Java" item in the Windows Start menu (at the same level as other Windows applications).
2. Child entry under "Java" entry should include a "Visit Java" icon that launches a browser and loads the java.com home page.
3. Child entry under "Java" entry should include a "Get Help" icon that launches a browser and loads the java.com help page.
4. Child entry under "Java" entry should include a "Configure Java" icon that launches the JCP, or to-be-developed configuration app.
5. Child entry under "Java" entry should include a "Check for Updates" icon that launches the JCP, or to-be-developed configuration app, directed at AU actions.
6. Child entry under "Java" entry should include an "About Java" icon that launches the "About Java..." dialog.
