Description
steps to reproduce: 1. Install jre-b148 2. Make sure there is JCP in system control panel 2. Install fx runtime presidio #257 from http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/view/Presidio/job/presidio/257/label=windows-i586-14/artifact/artifacts/bundles/release/javafx-2.0-beta-windows-i586.exe 3. If JCP disappears in system control panel, then the bug reproduced.
