Description
We need to be able to add new dialogs to UI Toolkit without breaking compatibility with JavaFX.

For this we need to convert UIToolkit to be abstract class and then we will be able to add new methods to it
and still stay compatible with FX stack that may not be chnaged at the same time.

Comments
EVALUATION Converted UIFactory, UIToolkit, WindowFactory and Window to be abstract classes.
