Description
Since we need to update this bundle (see below), we also need to update the underlying support files to reflect the new Oracle environment.

LICENSE  (whatever format)

I do not know which of these files must be included or what they must say, that is for PM/legal to decide.  This bug will track that effort.

As a side note, with the putback of:

    6914617: Unlimited Crypto Policy files can be shipped by default.

the JCE unlimited policy files for JDK 6 no longer work in JDK 7.  (We never claimed/advertised they would, they have always been tied to a specific release. That they actually worked was an implementation side-effect.)
