Description
This bug is to follow up with 6694710. It appears the fix for 6694710 failed with jdk7 b126-pit

Tested build : b126 pit bundles 
http://rehudson.sfbay.sun.com/hudsonws/deploypit/bundles/windows-i586/b255-2011-01-13_25/
tested OS : windows xp
tested browser:   FF3.6/IE8

Steps to reprodcue:
1)Install above mentioned PIT bundles
2) Load one applet, like:
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/ALC/PrintThread1_legacy.html
3) Check the java tray icon. If it appears by default, bug is reproduced.

EVALUATION Before installation, please make sure deployment.properties file are also deleted. Uninstallation won't delete user configuration by design.
