Description
This bug tracks additional Hotspot portability improvements that
have been made since the push of the larger group of changes under CR#6953477.

6953477: Increase portability and flexibility of building Hotspot


These additional changes include making the UseMembar flags platform specific,
and the addition of dsqrt runtime call for PPC platforms.
These additional changes include making the UseMembar flags platform specific,
the addition of dsqrt runtime call for PPC platforms, a fix to allow a jvmg1 target using gcc 4 compilers and a one off problem in attachListener_linux.cpp.
