Release Regression From : 6u10
The above release value was the last known release where this 
bug was not reproducible. Since then there has been a regression.

EVALUATION This is caused by missing null point check in j2se java.util.jar.jarVerifier class, both j2se and deploy workspace will add the check for fixing.
