Description
Offline Application Start does not work in solaris 

build : 6u18 b03 PIT
platform : Solaris Sparc

Install 6u18 b03 PIT 
Launch javaws http://web-east.east.sun.com/www/tests/1.6.0_18/6800992/draw.jnlp
disconnect network cable and make sure computer has no internet connection
Again Launch javaws http://web-east.east.sun.com/www/tests/1.6.0_18/6800992/draw.jnlp

Expected behavior :
The application should launch.In XP,Vista this is working fine.

Actual behavior:
The application is not launching.When the network cable is connected again,the appliacation is launching.Till that the application is hanging.
Comments
No plans to fix. Reopen, or file a new issue if there's a concern. Reproduce with the JDK 6 release under development or >= JDK 8 then we may revisit this issue.

we need to explicitly test if this problem exists in JDK9, and either label 9-na or target to 9
