EVALUATION
On windows Vista, the client vm is being launched through a custom launcher (jp2launcher). To ensure that the '_java_options' and 'java_tool_options' environment variables are preserved, we need to make sure those environment variables are not being erased in the jp2launcher prior to launching of the client vm.
