Description
Functionality introduced into the JVM by JSR 292 (method handles and invokedynamic) requires associated Java APIs.

While the JSR 292 EG is still working on details of the final API, a first cut of the Reference Implementation is necessary in order to gain wider experience. This version will be based on the 2008 Early Draft Review, plus subsequent user and committee adjustments.
