...are now available; these reflect the changes circulated last week on
the time zone mailing list (minus the addition of a Geneva zone).

		change Katmandu to Kathmandu

*	backward
		provide Katmandu link

*	europe
		correct Swiss rules

*	northamerica
		clearer definition of Cuban transitions (no binary change)
		Resolute changes abbreviation (but not time) twice a year
Comments
EVALUATION None of the changes affects the current time stamps. However, the spelling change for Kathmandu needs to be supported to be consistent with underlying platforms.
