Description
Currently the jfx pings is sent to the suninstallstatdev suite, which is currently used by the jre install statistics.

sending extra jfx pings to this existing suite will make report extraction diffculty.

we should instead send the jfx pings to a new suite created just for jfx pings, the sunjfxinstallstat report suite.
