Description
Patch in Place test on WinXP Pro machine with German locale and found the following issue:

The "close applications" dialog during u11 uninstallation should read as follows:
"Die aufgefrten Anwendungen .... damit Setup fortgesetzt werden kann."
    (Replace "die Installation" with "Setup" - it's not an installation - it's a de-installation)

"Beenden Sie die ..." - the whole sentence is funny for germans - it should read
"Setup soll die oben aufgefrten Anwendungen automatisch beenden. Speichern Sie Ihre Daten bevor Sie auf 'Wiederholen' klicken."

Comments
EVALUATION The engineering risk is very low. There is only resource file change.

EVALUATION The resource file is FilesInUse_en.rc now. ULA DB has been updated.

EVALUATION This seems to be "File in use" dialog. It appears both in uninstallation and installation. In English, in uninstallation, it's also displayed as "allow the install to proceed". We need to think about this when improving the translation. deploy/src/plugin/win32/regutilsmsi/RegUtilsMSI_en.rc in ULA DB can be updated to improve the translation. I think this can be integrated into 6u12
