Description
The Japanese and Korean translations are garbled in the installer xml file.

The fix is to update this file.  The file should be in UTF-8 encoding.
./install/make/installer/bundles/windows/xmlinffile/plugin_jinstall_original.xml

EVALUATION has to be fixed for 6u10, so L10N team can putback their translations for 6u10 Beta to GA AutoUpdate text.
