Description
How to reproduce:

1. Install 6u5 b13 JRE on a Vista 64-bit.
2. Go Control Panel -> View 32 bit Control Panel item.
3. Look for the Java control panel, it is no where to be found

EVALUATION Closing this as a duplicate of 6641731. This problem existed since JRE 6 fcs after testing with Vista Enterprise 64-bit.

WORK AROUND Go to the {JAVA_HOME}\bin directory such as C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre1.6.0_05\bin, and invoke javacpl.exe directly. Also, the user can create a shortcut to javacpl.exe on the Windows desktop and launch the Java Control Panel.
