Description
from SDK build:
ICE45        WARNING   Row 'SetupCompleteError.Image' in table 'Control' has bits set in the 'Attributes' column that are reserved. They should be 0 to ensure compatability with future installer versions. 

With JRE MSI:
ICE45	WARNING	Row 'SetupError.ErrorIcon' in table 'Control' has bits set in the 'Attributes' column that are reserved. They should be 0 to ensure compatability with future installer versions.

Bill says JDK-8013795 has removed all validation warnings

EVALUATION There are also more validation warning when run with the sponsor transforms. The build currently does not validate w/sponsor transforms.
