Description
In 6u10b11, the online installers are not signed for the 6u11/6u12 builds. They were signed in 6u10b10. It seemed to be the regression from the online installer change for moving online installer. 
Having asked Rajani to investigate the issue.
Comments
EVALUATION The fix is to move the Signing part of the code out of KERNEL specific. The endif was put in wrong place by mistake in my earlier changes.
