JDK-6656346 - Internet Explorer starts when Firefox is default browser
Description
We've always used IE as the default browser from our MSI.  We've received enough feedback (both internal and external) that I feel we should respect and use the users default browser in all situations.

EVALUATION This issue should be resolved when 6656346 is fixed. So, closed as duplicate.
