Description
There are two problems here.
a) Browser Carshes when loading a <bundles>/index.html contains wrong url against each bundles.
b) Browser Crashes when KernelDownloadUrl points to a wrong URL.

Tested Build : 6u10

Tested with IE.

How to reproduce:
a) Set a wrong url to KernelDownloadUrl and run applet in IE
b) Dont change index.html under bundle directory (127.0.0.1 ) and launch an Applet.
