Description
A recent change to the JK msi "File1.idt" file added msvcr71.dll to Data1.cab, but the make command creating a truly uncompressed version of this file prior to using 7-Zip to compress the corresponding msi file doesn't include this library.

But even if the cabarc create command includes this file, the ordering that Ishield gives the files for the msi it creates doesn't always correspond to File.idt, causing install failure.

Comments
EVALUATION A VB script was written to extract file ordering to drive creation of the Java Kernel uncompressed cab file. This also eliminated sensitivity to changes to jre/File.idt in the future.

EVALUATION Some way must be found to make the two file orderings match.
