Description
The new 7-Zip LZMA code puts a copyright banner out to standard error. This will be much more than annoying. This CR will omit the offending code, but an RFE will put it on a "quiet" switch so the LMZA author cannot be offended or misintepret the change.

Comments
EVALUATION Pulled the copyright printf until we can extend the sed script to create/use a "quiet" option switch.

SUGGESTED FIX Now (this CR): Edit the public domain file of the 7-ZIP LZMA SDK bundle. Later (RFE coming): Make the sed script currently editing the file above a bit smarter to create the -q "quiet" switch and pass that in.

EVALUATION Need to fix this before the next nightly build.
