Description
After installing any jre, java control panel created in windows Control panel. but now afte installing kernal jre  java control panel is not created.  java control panel is an important gui where we can see no of the jre installed on the m/c . can enable & disable some of the features like show console panel , show trayicon etc.  Now as  java control panel is missing this features are not available.

EVALUATION this is duplicate of 6641731: The Java control panel is not showing up in the Windows Vista control panel on a AMD 64 machine only applies to Vista-64.
