Description
jqsnotifier.exe, ssvagent.exe, jusched.exe and jbroker.exe are not signed in b08.

Users were asked to Allow/Deny many a times opening an Application. Opening a Firefox throws Security Warning saying jqsnotifier.exe from Unknow Publisher. IE throws Security Warning for ssvagent.exe - Unknown Publisher.
Since jbroker is not signed ( ?) Allow /Deny dialog appears many a times while loading any application on Vista.

EVALUATION The basic underlying issue of "finished kernel != normal JRE" is already captured in 6634510.

EVALUATION This is only happening with the kernel bundles, and not with the regular installers. I bet this is because the kernel_bundles.zip file is getting created in the deploy ws, but the signing of these .exe's takes place in the install/make/sign/Makefile.
