Exact steps to reproduce ;
 
1) install JRE6
2) lounch the browser IE7 or firefox

bug: all the time 'publisher could not be verified' pop up displyed
i didnt observe the same issue with previous version of jre

EVALUATION The ssvagent.exe and jqsnotify.exe are signed now as the result of a couple of bug fixes. I tested with the latest build. I could not reproduce the issue. Could you please test with the latest nightly build? http://j2se.east/deployment/jdp-scratch/deployment/1.6.0_10/nightly/2008-01-24.13_40/windows-i586/ Please let me know your testing result. Thanks.
