Description
When a Java app requests Java components, "Additional Components" dialog appears. This dialog doesn't have "Java cup" icon in its title bar so it appears to be part of the application not a part of the Java platform.

For more information, see the attachment - LimeWire requests additional components to download and the "Additional Components" dialog is presented as a LimeWire window (contains LimeWire icon) in the windows task bar.

Please, make sure the "Additional Components" dialog have "Java cup" icon in its title bar.
