Description
This bug is producible with IE. Java console is not getting opened when tried to open from browser's tools menu. Steps : 1) Install jre 1.6.0_10 b08 2) Enable next-generation plugin from Java control panel, advanced tab. 3) Load an applet on IE (http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.5.0/demos/applets/MoleculeViewer/example1.html) 6) If Java console pops up (checked in JCP) while loading the applet, close it. 7) Try to open the console from the menu bar of the browser. Tools --> Sun Java Console Nothing happens, the console does not come up.... Tested on WindowsXp, Windows Vista and with the borwsers IE6 as well as IE7.
