Description
start jre installer in windows zh_TW, in welcome dialog, there is prompt message asking user to click "Accept" button to accept the license. While, the word "Accept" is not displayed. Please see attached screenshot.

EVALUATION the qutation mark for "Accept" in zh_TW is incorrect, it should not be [].
