Description
Only some of the java update bubble/dialogs text is configurable through the xml file. We'll need to be changing these strings dynamically in the future, to promote products like OpenOffice, etc. See attachment for what is configurable now. We need to make the rest of the text strings configurable.

Comments
EVALUATION made the both titles configurable from xml file. <title> & <title2> elements in xml file.
