Description
A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Currently there is no way to stop Java Webstart adding to Add/Remove program. This is not desirable from our environment as it causes confusion for our user.

We should have the ability to control this in Enterprise deployment.properties files

JUSTIFICATION :
The way we wanted to use Java Webstart in the enterprise environment is that these Webstart application should not leave any trail on the desktop - we use Java Webstart as a launch tool rather then a application installation tool. As a result, adding entries to the Add/Remove program is not desirable for us, as they would cause clutter for System Administrators and confusion to users. We would like to have the ability to switch this off in enterprise deploument.properties files.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Ability to stop Java Webstart adding entries into Add/Remove Programs in control panel
ACTUAL -
Java Webstart automatically adding entries to Add/Remove Programs regardless.
