Description
Aditional Requirement (REQ-039) of the DT spec says the IE ActiveX control and the NPAPI plugin should remain on the system and functionable after the JRE is uninstalled.

Comments
EVALUATION We will copy the IE ActiveX control to the windows directory, and set the registry to point to there on installation. We sill also copy the NPAPI plugin to the plugins directory of the installed Netscape, Mozilla, and/or Firefox browsers.
