Seems to be a BAF regression in 5.0u13b01

it works with
jre-1_5_0_13-nb-bin-20070628-windows-i586-28_jun_2007.exe
but fails with
jre-1_5_0_13-ea-bin-b01-windows-i586-p-03_jul_2007.exe

To reproduce,

1. http://10.5.20.148:8080/lightspeed?overridejvm=true  (ignore the cert warning to continue)
2. Associate ID:  1200    Password:  football
   you are now in the main "House List" screen,  View: "In-House"
3. Try to scroll using the mouse wheel in the "In-House" list of guest panel,
   it doesn't work.
