Reproduce:
1. download jre offline installer from http://j2se.east/plugin/1.6.0_02-nightly/2007-05-14/windows-i586/jre-6u2-fcs-bin-b199-windows-i586-p-14_may_2007-s.exe
2. Run jre offline installer. 

Problem:
The translation for Accept are inconsistent. refer to the attachment. The words are marked with red.
