Needs to update the fontconfig.properties for RHEL5.
The location of the korean font has been changed since RHEL4, for example.

SUGGESTED FIX
1. move fontconfig.RedHat.properties to fontconfig.RedHat.4.properties
2. create a new fontconfig.RedHat.properties to fit RHEL5.

EVALUATION
Currently RHEL5 uses fontconfig.RedHat.properties, which was created for RHEL4. Since the location of the fonts listed in fontconfig.RedHat.properties does not exactly match with RHEL5, the new fontconfig file needs to be created for RHEL5.
