Bug Info:

The selection bar in both parent and child menu's are merging whenever it coincidence.And also selection bar right edge gets cut for the parent menu in of the case.

Please find the attached images to verify the issue.

Vista Info:
===========
Version : 6000 (ultimate).
Theme : Aero.


Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Download the attached java file.
2. Execute the application.
3. Click on MultiLevelMenu in the menubar.
4. MouseOver on FontSize menuitem and then press down arrow.
5. MoveOver on  menuitem(10)

Expected Behavior:
==================
The selection bars in both parent and child menu should not coincidence.

Actual Behavior:
================
Both selection bars are merging.

For cutting the selection bar.After following above defined five steps and then press down arrow.
The same problem on Windows 7 (see CR 6921684)
