EVALUATION ja readme on the web, http://jscpreview.sfbay/javase/ja/6/webnotes/README.html, is correctly synched with the latest en readme, but README_ja.html in ws is also not synched like zh_CN. Directly porting ja readme on the web to ws is ok. No translation works is needed.

EVALUATION A stopper bug needs to be fixed in b02 of 6u1. It's not so serious to be a stopper bug in mustang. We need help from Kaoru to arrange the translation by vendor, since it's not easy for internal engineer to find all the diff and translate this readme.
