JDK-4417798 - Need to track add/remove of monitors on display changes
Description
Steps for reproduction:

1) Multi-monitor configuration, you start off with the secondary monitor disabled
2) Start SwingSet2 demo
3) Extend the desktop to the second monitor
4) Drag SwingSet2 demo to the second monitor
5) All menu drop downs, pop ups and tooltips still display in the primary window.
To fix the issue, shutdown demo and restart it.

Error is reproductible both in 1.5.0_x and 1.6.0_x versions.

EVALUATION Indeed, this is caused by 4417798.

EVALUATION The source of the problem is the same as described in 4417798 and all the related bugs: Java applications don't track the changes of displays configuration (like enabling/disabling desktops). I'm forwarding this bug to Java2D team, they can either close it as a duplicate of 4417798 or leave it opened to have an additional test case for the future fix.
