Description
Reproduce step: On Vista beta(5308), 1.Open firefox, load an applet 2.Right click Java system tray, click "Go to Java.com" button, two IE windows will pop up(one goes to java.com, the other is blank). Normally, only one IE window will popup. It might be a Vista's bug.
