Description
test/java/util/TimeZone/tools/zdump/CheckDisplayNames.java is a tool to validate timezone display names in src/share/classes/sun/text/resources/TimeZoneNames.java.
This tool has been run manually only when Olson's new timezone data is incorporated into Java SE workspace.

I think it's better to modify it to a usual regression test program in order to run in usual test cycle automatically.

Comments
EVALUATION The tool has been made to a test program under test/java/util/TimeZone.
