Sometimes update processs jucheck.exe crashes randomly. And when notify policy is set to
'Notify Before Install', balloon tip either shows partial text or junk text.

This is fixed as part of initial dev effort of IS2 in 5.0U8

This bug is a side effect of Ashley's work on Custom Alert messages in AutoUpdate.
It's because of the some unintialized strings(junk text or causing random crashes), not getting the registry value properly(causing partial text being shown) & sometimes appending 'Click Here' when it's not needed(causing it to show twice).
